Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a Patient Care Technician for our ambulatory surgery center. You willprovidesafe and effective patient care by transporting patients safely and efficiently whilemaintainingcleanliness.You willassistwith operating room turnover, sterile processing,inventoryand supply maintenance. As an amazing addition to our team,you will uphold the HCA mission by committingto the care and improvement of human life.
What you will do in this role:
Facilitate the transfer,positioningand transport of your patients
Assistin overturning your operating rooms between cases
Perform terminal cleaning of your surgical area
You willmaintainsufficient supply levels,cleanlinessand orderliness of all your equipment and supplies
You will answer phones
You willassistwith computer data entry
Qualifications you will need:
One year patient careassistancein anursingor environmental services environment
Valid BCLS Certification upon employment*online certification not acceptable.
