Job Summary and Qualifications

· Responsible for routine daily/weekly/monthly statistical tracking to facilitate financial discussions and analyses.

· Build and maintain close working relationships with operations departments to assess and report performance.

· Analyze variances to budget and historical trends.

· Develop ad hoc reports to evaluate service lines and margins across operational units.

· Assist CFO and ACFO in the analysis of productivity related projects.

· Gather data and perform analysis on performance improvement, strategic business analysis, contract utilization and cost management.

· Support revenue enhancement projects.

· Prepare and analyze Monthly Operating Report for executive managementanalysis of net revenue, operating expenses and statistical data.

· Assist in preparing reports and presentations for business plans, financial proforma, annual budget, and board meetings.

· Design reports that communicate performance, identify issues, and contribute to better management decisions.

· Reconcile specific Balance Sheet accounts monthly.

· Prepare reclass and accrual entries monthly.

· Assist in completion of annual tax and cost report workpapers.

· Other duties as assigned by Controller / Assistant Controller.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, personal initiative and motivation to achieve the goals of the department.

EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another Business-related field, required.

· Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement.

EXPERIENCE

· 1 or more years of experience in relevant financial analysis preferred.

· Advanced Excel skills preferred.

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required.

· Knowledge of healthcare accounting and operations is helpful.
