Job Summary:
Johnston-Willis Hospital is seeking a Site Director of OB Hospitalists for their independent practice that provides services for their facility located in Richmond, Virginia.
About the Practice:
The Site Director will perform an important dual clinical/professional role: ensuring their program is achieving clinical and operational objectives and guiding the hospitalist team.
The Site Director reports to the Medical Director of Operations.
Collaborates with the MDO to deliver excellent care.
Build and maintain relationships.
Oversee the program’s financial health.
Qualified Candidates:
Board Eligible or Board Certification is required
Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
2 plus years’ experience preferred
