Job Summary and Qualifications
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.
What you will do in this role:
- Employee will provide direct patient care. They will assist director in developing and implementing departmental policies and programs. The Medical City North Hills staff member can expect to care for adult patients, including the young adult through geriatric. The staff member will practice in accordance to their scope of practice act.
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
