Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

Timpani Product owner is constantly seeking end-user feedback to determine the priority and backlog of development features within Timpani. The product owner will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team define the features and make sure the defined features match requirements. The role will also coordinate change management, education and communication that is paired with the product releases

General Responsibilities:

  • Owner of the Timpani Product Roadmap based on feedback from end-users and stakeholders

  • Defines and Designs the features and priorities of the product backlog based on user feedback

  • Works closely with the multidisciplinary team to refine and prioritize the backlog items.

  • Ensure the product meets quality standards and aligns with overall product vision and strategy of Timpani

  • Measure and communicate the success of product features through (KPIs)

  • Accepts or rejects completed work based on predefined criteria.

  • Assist multi-disciplinary team with go-to market approach for product features

  • Responsible for the success of the product and its alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Healthcare technical product development implementation, integration, maturation, and cross-platform product development

  • Knowledge of the space between clinical practicality and technical dependencies

  • Ability to assess and manage various stakeholder needs, create iterative plans to ensure timeliness of deliverables and mitigate risks

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written / verbal communication skills

  • Well-founded strategic, operational, and people leadership skills between clinical, business operations, technology, data, education, and change management

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor Degree – Required

  • Master’s Degree – Preferred

  • Performance Improvement Methodology: Lean, Six Sigma preferred
