Job Summary and Qualifications
Plans, organizes, directs, defines, coordinates and supervises clinical services necessary to meet the legal, organizational, medical staff and regulatory agencies guidelines. Provide appropriate and individualized clinical treatment to patients and ensures that the outpatient therapy program functions appropriately at all times. Performs community and educational activities.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated success and abilities in achieving results, communications, conflict management, customer service, working in a team environment and handling multiple tasks pertaining to patient issues. Demonstrates assertive and diplomatic communication skills with a leadership style that initiates engagement, collaboration and direction with clearly defined expectations. A firm background in social service practice, patient aftercare and discharge planning required.
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Other-Fingerprint Required
Masters Degree
Licensed Family Therapist (LFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
