Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our team. The role of Product Analyst is to define, implement and support development of ERP applications and integrations. The Product Analyst works closely with internal and external stakeholders to design Integrations within the ERP space. They support business owners and peers related to application enhancements or system issues; provide business knowledge and subject matter expertise on systems to the business owner and team members; work with other key project team members to define requirements and how to support those requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the solution meets both the requirements and the business need.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional, technical, and project teams to deliver solutions timely and effectively, follow processes and standards, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Understand business needs, and lead the integration design to support business goals and initiatives.

• Determining that the outcome of the integration has met the organization’s needs.

• Throughout implementation, collaborate with the development team and other technical staff to identify and remove roadblocks, and make course corrections to the implementation as necessary.

• Establishes and maintains data integration between applications.

• Ensures that all testing requirements are met and testing results documented.

• Ability to multi-task, given various assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks. This includes working on multiple projects at a time with different specialties and business owners. This also includes working with projects at different phases – implementation, vendor analysis, support, etc.

• Creating and providing technical documentation that explains upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individuals.

• Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, data, policies and information systems.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.

Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills -Required

• Experience in cloud computing platforms and their associated services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Preferred

• Self-Starter who is willing to learn and lead. Documented examples appreciated.

• Experience with working in ERP application- Preferred

• High-level understanding of application development - Required

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Required

• Appropriately communicate and integrate with teams and constituencies across the company (strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills and effective relationship-building skills) - Required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of use case analysis and workflow design

• Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills to consistently achieve “win-win” results

• Passion and concern with improving the organization

• Ability to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on time with minimal direction

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience - Required

• 5+ years of experience of relevant work experience – Required
