Job Summary and Qualifications
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Reporting specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing data and creating reports to support business decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments to identify reporting need and provide the best possible reporting solution. You will be part of a team responsible for implementing dashboard analytics and reporting applications that align with HCA’s business objectives, development standards, and industry best practices and will oversee the maintenance and production support of the deployed applications.

Responsibilities
• Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other visual representations of data to effectively communicate insights to important stakeholders
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and quantify crucial performance metrics (KPIs).
• Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for maintaining data quality and integrity, thereby ensuring the accuracy of all reports as well as uninterrupted data flow for downstream processes.
• Building trust and productive working relationships with the business teams
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices in reporting
Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization tools -Required
• Experience in reporting and analytical tools such as Power BI, and Tableau - Required
• Advanced SQL skills including complex query design and stored procedure development - Required
• Experience in cloud computing platforms and their associated services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Preferred
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R and Perl for data manipulation, transformation and analysis - Preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to the stakeholders - Required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex and large data sets - Required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines - Required
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience - Required
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting - Required
