Job Summary and Qualifications
Assist Director with leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the Laboratory Services in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Support the delivery of the high quality, cost effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives.
Education and Experience:
Degree Medical Technologist or other qualifications recognized by Lab Certification agencies Required, Master's preferred
Florida Clinical Lab Supervisor license with a qualification in the following areas:
Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, or Immunohematology, Blood Bank
MT (ASCP) or CLS (ASCP) Preferred
10+ years applicable experience preferred
