Job Summary and Qualifications

Sterile Processing Technician will demonstrate skill in sterilization, instrumentation and decontamination procedures. This includes maintaining equipment and supplies as well as maintaining a clean work area.

What you will do in this role:

Prepares instruments and packs for sterilization

Operates sterilizers and decontamination equipment

Performs quality control functions

Answers telephone and communicates messages

Restocks OR Case carts, Other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

• Previous experience as a central sterile processing technician preferred

• Sterile Processing Technician Certification, preferred

• Must have organizational skills and customer services skills

We offer minimally invasive vascular surgery and other specialized heart care. The facility has a dedicated cardiac emergency room. Medical City Spine Hospital has 25+ beds. It provides spine care for common spine disorders. Spine care is also provided for rare, hard-to-treat spinal deformities. Those include adult and pediatric scoliosis and spondylolistheses. We offer complex spine surgery and minimally invasive surgical options.
