Job Summary and Qualifications
Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide backup support for Practice Specialist I.
What qualifications you will need:
Required Education: High School diploma or GED
Required Experience: One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.
Preferred Experience: Two years experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
