Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking an Lead Environmental Services Team Member to perform cleaning tasks in patient rooms and other assigned areas. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other. We are seeking a fantastic addition like you who feels patient care is as important as we do. We want you to apply now!
What you will do in this role:
You will clean patient rooms and prepare rooms for new patients.
You will use cleaning supplies and equipment to disinfect and clean restrooms while following appropriate safety procedures.
You will dispose of waste.
You will fill soap dispensers.
What Qualifications you will need:
High school diploma or GED
6-12 months housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hotel setting preferred.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383 bed hospital. We are located in Bradenton, FL. We have a thirteen acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American College of Surgeons.
