Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for finishing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of complex finishes of the interior and exterior of the facility. Instructs co-workers of repairs and maintenance of interior and exterior finishes.
Paints walls, door, frames and other surfaces
Installs and repairs vinyl and paper wall coverings
Repairs damage to walls, doors, ceilings, floors and other interior building surfaces
Responsible for repair and maintenance to exterior façade of the building
Finish, repair, and touchup hospital furnishing such as millwork and furniture
Assists purchasing agent in ordering parts and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs
Responsible for documentation necessary to maintain records for the facility according to department policy
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience – required
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent – preferred
